For decades, the Association has avoided significant repaving costs by diligently planning for periodic asphalt maintenance. The time has nearly arrived for asphalt sealer to be applied to all paving throughout the property.

Asphalt contractors are scheduled to begin this season’s sealcoating during the first week of October. Each work day, it will be necessary to clear all vehicles from the parking/driving areas under repair until the following morning. It will be occasionally become necessary to block access to portions of the drive and parking lots.

Frequent updates on anticipated traffic/parking restrictions will be posted on the website and emailed to those who have signed up for “blast” notices. The Board and your Maintenance staff will greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout the process.

You can receive short-notice bulletins directly to your email! We plan to use this system often to notify residents of utility outages, parking disruptions, etc.
