Emergencies

The Association defines an emergency as a situation in which there exists a threat of fire, flooding, or damage due to water, sewer, or gas leak.

The Association will respond to an emergency situation to protect the interest in the common and limited common elements for which it is responsible, as described in the Master Deed of the Association.

What to do in case of emergency

For FIRE, POLICE, or MEDICAL emergency, call 911 or (615) 862-8600 if the emergency is not life-threatening.

If you suspect a GAS LEAK, call Piedmont Gas at 1-800-752-7504 and Georgetown Emergency Service at (615) 251-7464. Read our Natural Gas Public Awareness document for useful information.

For WATER emergency such as burst pipes, call (615) 251-7464. All emergency water leaks are attended by the Association employees on a 24-hour as-needed basis at the Homeowner’s request, but are limited to locating and arresting the problem. You must leave a contact number to receive a response.

Note : The owner of the unit causing the emergency will be billed for cost of parts, materials, and labor necessary for emergency repairs made after regular maintenance hours.

The Homeowner of each affected unit must arrange for repairs, clean-up, and/or water extraction for his/her own respective unit. The Homeowner of each affected unit should contact his/her own personal insurance carrier immediately.
