Maintenance
All maintenance requests must be placed on the voicemail at (615) 298-4439. This messaging is regularly monitored Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
Please be aware that the maintenance staff are not permitted to directly receive non-emergency requests. In-Unit Services
The following in-unit services are provided only during regular maintenance hours for the mutual benefit of the Association. The cost for these services will be borne by the Association except where noted :
Access to Units
It is imperative that the maintenance staff has access to unit to perform emergency and regular services. It is a requirement of the Master Deed that owners provide access to units.
The maintenance staff will not respond to emergencies or service requests placed by residents who have not provided all keys necessary to gain entrance to a unit. |
